This is Japanese DOS Version K3.4 (5605-JYN) for IBM PS/55 Model 5540-M and P. It was the last version of DOS for IBM 5550 compatible machines that ended production in 1991.
After booting
The greeting message shows up "Kanji DOS" rather than its product name "Japanese DOS".
IBM Application Selector Utility System Version 1.10
The IBM Convertible had a similar application. I didn't know it was localized for desktop machines in Japan.
